SiaVerel develops advertising and image films, music videos, historical reconstructions, destination films, visual campaigns for brands and cultural projects, original films, series and cinematic scenes. A project may include concept, screenplay, world and character design, image and video generation, animation, editing, voice, music, titles and colour work.

We define the objective, audience, format, visual language and intended platforms. I then prepare the scope, schedule and estimate. Production starts after the brief and agreement have been approved.

For original work we approve the core idea, mood, visual direction, screenplay or storyboard before full production begins.

Images and scenes are created, animated and assembled with editing, sound, voice, music and titles according to the approved brief.

Preview material is supplied at agreed milestones. Feedback for each stage should be sent as one consolidated list. The number of review rounds depends on the selected format and is fixed in advance.

Within the approved direction, changes may cover text and titles, shot order and duration, editing rhythm, audio balance, colour and lighting details, or elements that do not match the brief.

A new storyline, a major change of concept or style, new characters, locations or scenes, a different format, duration, language, voice or music, and returning to a previously rejected direction are additional work and may require a revised fee and schedule.

Generative systems are variable: identical instructions may produce different results. I select, refine and unite the material into one film, but an accidental movement, expression, light pattern or detail cannot always be reproduced exactly. Minor natural variation is not a defect when it preserves the approved concept and character recognition.

The client supplies texts, logos, images, video, fonts, music, names and other required information in time and confirms the right to use them, including the necessary permissions from people and rights holders.

Paid music, stock, commercial voices, fonts and other licensed assets are agreed in advance. If not included in the proposal, licences and additional services are charged separately.

The schedule begins after approval, signature, fulfilment of the agreed start conditions and receipt of all materials. Delayed feedback, changed scope, service disruptions or additional approvals may move the delivery date. A project may be paused after seven days without a client response.

The client receives the approved master in the formats defined in the brief. Social versions, covers, titles or additional assets are included only where listed; extra languages, durations and adaptations are estimated separately.

Editing projects, unused generations, prompts, drafts, internal documents, settings and AI configurations are not part of the final delivery unless separately agreed in writing.

After contractual conditions are met, the client may use the approved final work for the agreed purposes and channels. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences. SiaVerel may show the completed project after its official release unless confidentiality or a portfolio restriction is agreed before production.

SiaVerel is responsible for the agreed scope and confirmed technical corrections. Views, sales, reach, moderation and results controlled by platforms, advertising settings or third parties cannot be guaranteed. Specific obligations are defined by the signed agreement.
