Why we use it
To understand the request, prepare and confirm a brief, assess a possible collaboration, respond to you, preserve dialogue history and protect the service.
Use of AI
Sia Guide is an AI consultant. Text and supported files may be analysed automatically to conduct the dialogue and prepare a summary. Final decisions about collaboration, timing and fees are made by the studio.
Service providers
Necessary infrastructure providers may process limited data for hosting, storage, AI processing and Telegram or email notifications, only for the relevant function.
Files and confidentiality
Enquiries are private and used to assess the project. Do not send passwords, payment data, identity documents, medical information or trade secrets. Highly confidential material should be shared only after a separate agreement or NDA.
Retention
Dialogues, confirmed briefs and attached materials are kept for up to 12 months after the last interaction unless a longer period is required by a contract, dispute or law, and are then deleted or anonymised.

You may request access, correction or deletion, restrict processing or withdraw consent where applicable by contacting sia.verel08@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required.
